The new version of our repair shop software introduces a host of innovative features designed to give repair stores a competitive edge in the increasingly challenging repair industry
New Features and fixes in Version 2024.06
- Enhanced unique RMA numbering to prevent rare duplicate numbering issues.
- Improved inventory management by allowing the addition of brand and category directly from the new inventory item screen.
- New feature: Ability to print the purchase order form.
- New feature: Ability to print a packing slip.
- New feature: Check for duplicate serial numbers when creating a new RMA and display past information.
- New feature: Ability to select a custom report file created outside of the OpenRMA software.
- New feature: Word wrap for resolution code lists, allowing you to view the entire text when selecting a code.
- New feature: Inclusion of serial numbers on invoice forms.
- Updated: Twilio SMS API.
- Updated: RedOxygen SMS API.
- Fixed: COGS report against the invoicing system.
- Fixed: Sorting of RMA statuses alphabetically.
