With the new version, we have implemented the long waiting Inventory Management System Plus the ability to notify clients via SMS Text Message*
Technicians and operators now can add, edit, delete and manage Products or Services provided by their repairing operation scheme.
You can add for example a Service product called “CPU Fan” or a Service Product called “Technical Inspection Fee” and add those 2 products on a particular RMA. Now your repair shop staff persons not only know the client and service problems but also what products or services used/entered on these RMA’s
As always and in every new release we have fixed several bugs and improve speed and security of the software.
