We are proud to announce that OpenRMA 2.5 Professional and Standard editions released!
With this new version we have added many new features our customers have asked for.
We have added the ability to select a repair estimate date for every RMA Service you create. Then you can filter the repair list via this filter.
Also we have include new customer fields such as country, province, second address and so on.
Various other features include search fields based on Repair Date, Technicians and more.
You can also add warranty plans and apply them to RMA Services, Send predefined sms template messages.
Finally as always and in every new release we have fixed several bugs and improve speed and security of the software.
