You can create your own Asset Types Like Houses and add it's own attributes like Rooms, Area, Garage etc.
To do that go to settings and then from the left navigation menu click Asset Types.
Click on top right corner New Asset Type button. Give an Asset Type Name and click ok.
Next you can add any additional asset fields (custom fields) by clicking the field button on the far right line of the asset type.
Here you can select an attribute name, like Rooms or Area. Then select a field type like Text field, Date field or Checkbox field (Yes/No values). Finally check if you want this field to be a required one. So users when creating or updating an Asset they have to fill this field before create or save the Asset.
